Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and as-built configuration documentation.Lead collaboration and integration activities across multiple engineering and manufacturing disciplines.
• Analyze design and build concepts to ensure producibility and evaluate alternative manufacturing solutions.
• Support electrical manufacturing activities including wire bundle fabrication, wiring installation, electrical equipment installation, and wiring provisions.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues during production.
• Create and support aircraft installation planning activities, including onsite production support.
• Execute build integration milestones and manage engineering change implementation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive process and tool improvement initiatives.
• Review and approve technical approaches, processes, and deliverables.
• Support production schedules, business needs, and deadlines, including overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 9+ years of engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in Electrical Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with wire bundle fabrication, wiring installation, electrical equipment installation, or wiring provisions.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal capacity.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting commercial or military aircraft maintenance and modification programs.
• Experience troubleshooting and testing aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
• Experience using Electrical Design Automation (EDA) tools such as OrCAD, Mentor Graphics, Altium, or PSPICE.
• Experience with WIRS software.
• Experience supporting aircraft production and installation activities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and typically 9+ years of related engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
