Join an established, growing cardiovascular program where you will play a foundational role in building the electrophysiology service line in El Paso. You will step into a high-demand market with immediate volume and strong system-wide support. Work alongside a collaborative cardiology group equipped with advanced technology and experienced clinical teams. This is an opportunity to shape a program while practicing in a well-resourced, multi-campus system.

Position Highlights
  • Electrophysiology Cardiology position within an employed, established practice
  • Monday-Friday schedule with weekend availability for follow-ups as needed
  • No formal call requirement; EP consults required with 24-hour response expectation, including weekends
  • Growing EP volume with projected ~85 outpatient and 4 inpatient cases annually
  • Practice primarily based at The Hospitals of Providence Sierra Campus with privileges across four campuses
  • 18-provider group including interventional, invasive, general cardiologists and APP support
  • State-of-the-art resources including Hybrid OR, 3 cath labs, and advanced EP mapping system
  • Strong support team with dedicated cath lab staff, anesthesia, surgical backup, and cardiac leadership

Candidate Requirements
  • BE/BC in Cardiology
  • BE/BC Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Spanish language skills preferred but not required
  • Active TX license or ability to obtain
