  • This worker will lead the transition of enterprise file storage and collaboration solution, including redesign of the file sharing experience
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and able to drive change
  • Requires confidence engaging leadership, creating executive summaries, and aligning teams
  • Hybrid role (2 days onsite); flexibility needed for occasional overtime/weekend work
  • 2 interview rounds: Hiring Manager followed by panel interview

The global Process Improvement Operations team's goal is to ensure that our delivery focused teams have the tools and resources to deliver exceptional experiences at scale and in an ever changing environment. This requires close partnership with serval key stakeholders, both direct partners and across the wider Conferences Business. About the Role: Lead and manage several large scale projects, across multiple teams. Share regular updates to Conferences leadership at an executive summary level. What you will do:

  • Partner with key leaders across several teams within Conferences on continuous process improvement and priority projects
  • Drive key strategic projects through design phase to implementation
  • Support redesign of agenda templates and management
