Job description

Project Coordinator

The link between sales and production.

Manage jobs in their entirety, after sale, through completion.

Template:

- You will be required to template 1-2 days per week, sometimes 3.

- It is likely you will go to multiple jobs in a day.

- Drive to job sites in company car

- At times you will be meeting with clients.

- Using laser template system, obtain technical information & measure areas to be covered in stone.

- Take pictures for reference.

Process jobs you template:

- Obtain loose ends and missing items from template that are needed.

- Create template drawing using various CAD systems

- Template review- compare template drawings to estimate drawings

Coordinate change order requests with sales dept.

Obtain template drawing approvals

- Manage email, Docusign or in person arrangements to obtain approvals.

- Thorough review with client, Insure client understands what they are approving.

Create shop work order.

Update Moraware/ job tracker

Place jobs accordingly in cut schedule

Place jobs accordingly for installation.

- Communicate as needed with client leading up to installation.

Review your outgoing projects with installers

- This should be a morning routine to meet with installers (crew leader) who is installing the project you measured and managed.

Other tasks include:

- handle all aspects of contract template jobs

- Verbal communication with customers (in person and phone)

- Technical support to sales team

- Back-up to answer incoming calls at showroom

- Assist at install as needed.

- Manage pickup orders

- Job duties, tasks/responsibilities assigned to you.

Critical aspects of job:

- Look at slab material prior to template

- Template appointments; be on time, have professional appearance & mannerism

MUST HAVE skill sets:

· CAD Experience. Proficient with CAD.

- If you are proficient in a certain CAD, we can teach you our CAD systems.

· Some kind of construction background or experience.

· Great communication skills, Willingness to professionally communicate with others.

· Detail oriented

· Time management skills

· Possess or able to obtain a Chauffeurs Driver’s license.

· Pass a drug screen.

Beneficial to possess but, not required in Application.

· Countertop laser-template experience

· E-Template CAD, Alpha CAD, Slab Smith

· Stone Countertop fabrication and installation experience

· Finish carpentry, cabinet installation experience.
