Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties with support and direction from a Project Superintendent and Project Manager
  • Measure and document construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Ensure compliance with plans and specifications
  • Monitor progress of work
  • Maintain project records and related documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • B.S. in Construction Engineering, Building Science, or a related technical area
  • Preference given to applicants with a Geotechnical Engineering background and experience
  • Preference given to applicants who are interested in continued employment and willing to travel and/or relocate to the LA and TX Gulf Coast region for other large projects
  • Proficient in MS Office and the ability to utilize software programs, databases, and templates to process, distribute, and track all project documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented
