Job description

Pay: $110,000 – $140,000 Salary

Join CSI, a growing leader in stainless-steel process systems for the food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead piping and process system projects from concept through completion.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage multiple phases of projects from initiation to closing
    • Develop quotes, proposals, and project scopes
    • Design process piping systems with Engineering support
    • Create P&IDs and layouts
    • Coordinate with customers, field crews, and subcontractors
    • Track project cost, schedule, and performance
    • Maintain project schedules (MS Project / Gantt charts)
    • Support installation teams and manage work at job sites as needed
    • Provide project updates to customers and ensure overall satisfaction

    Education & Training

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management or related field preferred
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

    Experience

    • 2–3 years of related service and repair experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 2–3 years of experience in:
      • Project management
      • Sanitary process industry
      • Industrial food system processing environments

    Work Environment & Travel

    • Monday–Friday schedule (40+ hours typical)
    • Frequent travel to customer sites across the U.S.
    • Occasional nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements

    This role is primarily office-based with regular travel to customers and project sites. It requires extended computer use, effective communication, and occasional movement within industrial environments. Light physical activity, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds, may be required.
