Job Title: Production Associate

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Weened Shift Friday 4:00 pm- 4:00am Saturday amp; Sunday 2pm - 4am
Position Summary
We are looking for motivated and dependable Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various stages of the production process, including packaging, labeling, and quality control, to ensure our products meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production equipment.
  • Package and label spice products according to specifications.
  • Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory and supply management.
  • Notify Line Supervisor of any non-conforming system or machine or of any nonfunctioning or broken parts or of any unsanitary conditions immediately, to ensure that a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) can be generated as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Physical Demands
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand/walk up to 8–10 hours.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, repetitive hand/arm mot
  • Hand-eye coordination and visual acuity.
  • Ability to hear alarms/instructions in noisy environments.
Work Environment
  • Food production environment with exposure to spices, dust, noise, and temperature changes.
  • Frequent interaction with moving machinery and equipment.
