Job description

**Production Lead

**(Weekend Nights)

Schedule & Shift Information (Important)

We operate on 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to support continuous production.

Training Period

During initial onboarding and training, employees will be assigned to a standard 8-hour shift schedule, which may include:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday)

Post-Training Schedule

After training, employees will transition to a 12-hour shift schedule, which may include:

  • Weekend Night: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Rotating schedule:- Week 1: Friday – Monday (48 hours)
    • Week 2: Friday – Sunday (36 hours)

Schedules typically follow 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours).

Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer.

Compensation

  • Base rate: $25.00 per hour
  • Shift differentials offered for evening, night, and weekend schedules
  • Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws

**Position Summary

**

This position is responsible for, under the guidance of a supervisor or manager, providing direction, instructions, and guidance to a group of individuals, who can also be known as a team, for the purpose of achieving defined department goals and ensuring that all department standards required for the team are met in the manufacturing of high-conductance flexible circuits and intelligent wiring systems consistent with established production and quality standards. The Lead provides daily oversight to their designated team.

  • Direct the work of other employees (under the general direction of designated department manager) in the designated work group and ensures the quality of work

  • Coordinate and manages department flow of short term and on-going department schedules; monitors ERP system

  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws

  • Responsibilities may include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing and checking others work; addressing complaints and resolving basic issues or problems

  • Keep supervisor informed of production levels, goals, successes, issues and/or problems at regular intervals

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, safe and secure work area at all times and follows all established safety and quality control procedures

  • Support a culture of accountability - being accountable for our work related actions; supporting and fostering a positive work environment

  • Other duties as assigned

**Experience/Education

**

  • Previous production operations, material handling, or technician experience within a manufacturing or warehouse comparable environment preferred but not required.

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

**

  • Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must.

  • Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing.

  • Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed. Ability to work overtime & change schedule on short notice as required.
