Production Worker / Warehouse Associate

Locations: Richmond, VA | Chesterfield, VA | Ashland, VA | McKenney, VA | Prince George, VA | Petersburg, VA | Colonial Heights, VA and surrounding areas
Pay: $14.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on the specific position and experience
Schedule: 8-hour or 12-hour shifts | 5- or 6-day workweeks | Weekend work may be required for some positions

Job Description

We are hiring dependable Production Workers and Warehouse Associates for a variety of manufacturing, production, and warehouse positions throughout Central Virginia. Available positions may include production, packaging, assembly, material handling, order picking, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse work.

The specific duties, schedule, and work environment will vary by assignment. Some positions require previous experience, while others provide on-the-job training. We are looking for dependable individuals who are willing to learn, follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to a productive team environment.

Responsibilities

Depending on the assignment, duties may include:

  • Perform general production and warehouse duties.
  • Operate production equipment and machinery after receiving appropriate training.
  • Assemble, package, label, sort, and prepare products.
  • Pick and pack orders and prepare products for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers.
  • Move and stage materials and finished products.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
  • Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues.
  • Follow work orders, production instructions, and established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production and warehouse goals.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Schedule
