These positions play a vital role to ensure ensures safe, efficient production while leading a team to meet objectives and maintain quality standards. It provides opportunities for leadership in process improvements and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.

  • Anticipate $70,000 - $90,000 annually (non-exempt)
  • Benefits include: Health, Vision, Dental, Life, 401K w/ match
  • 5x10s, M-F (50+ hours per week), overtime required (1st shift, typically 5/6am start time)

Responsibilities

  • Enforce safety guidelines, conduct walks/observations, and promote compliance
