Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Horicon, WI

Duration: Long term Contract

Shift Information: 1st Shift, before/after shift and weekend overtime likely (Saturdays)

Position Overview:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising production employees to ensure individual, line, and departmental goals are achieved while representing the company’s values and high standards of integrity.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management.
  • Experience working with union employees.
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective team membership and productivity.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Cross-functional experience in areas such as accounting, manufacturing, engineering, operations, warehousing, production employee supervision, and supply management.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing/distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, TPM, and facilities.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time, Kanban, and related systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
