Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience (Internship and co-op experience considered).

Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

Driving Operational Excellence: Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. You will take ownership of team performance, addressing shortcomings proactively and celebrating successes.
