You will operate in a fast-moving environment where clarity, accountability, and adaptability are essential. This role requires someone who takes full ownership of execution, solves problems rapidly, and thrives in high-pressure, high-visibility field environments. You will serve as a core operator driving the success of a flagship activation in the Atlanta market.
What You'll Do

  • Manage a field team of nine Brand Ambassadors, ensuring staffing flow, coverage, break management, and real-time issue resolution.
  • Oversee all field logistics, including transportation of apparel, demo kits, POS materials, and branded assets.
  • Build operational systems that ensure consistent, high-quality activation delivery across all deployment days.
  • Partner closely with senior marketing leadership to recap insights, performance, and strategic pivots in weekly review cycles.
  • Ensure all activations meet safety, compliance, and brand standards while maintaining high consumer impact.
  • Serve as the on-site escalation point, maintaining calm under pressure and navigating dynamic public environments.
  • Act as a secret shopper on select activations to evaluate quality, executional consistency, and ambassador performance.
  • Manage reporting using field marketing tools (Main Event, Network Ninja) and ensure accurate submission of activation data.
  • Uphold asset management, storage, and equipment control to ensure preparedness for all activation days.

What You Bring

  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-pressure environments.
  • Strong logistical and operational capabilities, including transporting and storing campaign assets.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and navigate physical activation setups and breakdowns.
  • Complete English proficiency and strong communication skills with both teams and consumers.
  • Ability to de-escalate situations, manage personalities, and maintain professionalism during high-traffic public interactions.
  • Reliable transportation and deep familiarity with Atlanta's geography, MARTA system, and C-store landscape.
  • Comfort working around regulated product categories (hemp, alcohol, nicotine).

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Kava, Kratom, or energy drink sampling programs.
  • Prior tour management or large-scale field event experience.
  • Expertise using field reporting platforms such as Main Event or Network Ninja.
  • Background in guerrilla or street-team marketing environments.

WORK STYLE & TRAVEL
This is an on-site or hybrid role, with occasional travel for events, trainings, or key program needs. You manage your time to maximize efficiency and field readiness.
Why This Role Is a Unique Opportunity
  • Build a portfolio-defining experiential campaign from the ground up.
  • Work flexible shifts with competitive hourly pay.
  • Work directly with senior marketing leaders on strategic local activation design.
  • Opportunity to be considered for future permanent roles as the field team expands nationally.
