Job description

Seeking full-time CRNAs to join our team as the first hospital-employed CRNAs at area Hospital!

  • Schedule: 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.
  • Call Rotation: some call- 1:6 with post call day off, optional but preferred. Call Stipends & Shift differentials!
  • Weekend call rotation: 8 weekends per year.
  • Surgical Cases: are primarily Bread and Butter including- OB, Bariatric, Vascular,
  • Urology, No hearts, No Trauma cases, No Neuro.
  • EMR: Epic
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary- $255,000, plus shift differentials
  • 1.0 FTE = 1880 hours
  • 40hr a week
  • Shift Based: 8hr, 10hr, 12hr shifts
  • 5 weeks paid vacation
  • CME $2500
  • Lead CRNA + $25k stipend
  • FT Bonus: $100,000
    • Starting bonus – $25k
    • 6 months- $50k
    • Year 2 – $25K
    • Year 3: Start of Quality Incentive Metrics- $10k
