Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking qualified candidates to fill Role Player Personnel positions in support of security and training operations. The selected contractor personnel will be responsible for contributing to training exercises that enhance safety and preparedness across transportation and operational environments.

Role Player Personnel:

  • Participate in training exercises by role-playing various scenarios.

  • Follow instructions carefully and perform physical roles accurately to simulate real-life situations.

Locations: College Park, GA; Coppell, TX; San Antonio, TX; Atlantic City, NJ


Minimum Requirements for All Contractor Personnel:

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Driver's License: Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver's license by the time of hire.

  • Substance Abuse: Must have no record or conviction of drug or alcohol abuse.

  • Criminal Record: Must have no criminal record, except for minor traffic offenses (note: DUIs are not considered minor). No convictions of a felony, misdemeanor, or domestic violence.

  • Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write English at a high school level.

  • Suitability Check: Must receive a favorable eligibility determination through a background and suitability review.

  • Compliance: Adhere to all hiring requirements established by the contractor.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Change in Status Notification: Notify management within 24 hours if there is a change in status related to employment requirements.

  • Background Screening: Willingness to undergo screening for felony, misdemeanor, or other criminal records.


Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in various environments related to security and training operations.

  • Must be willing to undergo thorough background checks and security screenings.

  • Good physical conditioning and stamina required.

  • Ability to perform required physical actions, including but not limited to:

    • Walking and standing for extended periods

    • Sprinting/running

    • Lifting and carrying objects of varying weight

    • Stopping, bending, squatting, reaching, kneeling

    • Being handcuffed, searched, or restrained, as scenarios dictate

    • Performing weapons-handling tasks (e.g., firing blanks, handling training weapons)

    • Sitting through multiple consecutive role-playing scenarios (up to 2–3 hours, such as interviews and interrogations)

    • Withstanding hot/cold weather conditions
