As a Proctor and Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of the testing process for adult education learners. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to create a supportive testing environment will contribute to the success of our program. You'll also be doing administrative tasks and make sure all paperwork is filed and stored in accordance to state regulations.
Job Duties:
- Administer exams and ensure a secure testing environment for adult learners and test candidates
- Monitor test candidates during exams to prevent cheating or misconduct
- Provide and collect exam materials as needed
- Provide instructions and answer questions regarding exam procedures
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork of test candidates
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of exam rooms
All necessary training will be provided. This is a very quiet and friendly environment. Please let us know what days you're available to work at this time.
Availability Needed: Fridays, Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm.
