Job Overview:
The Onboarding Coordinator II position is fully responsible for the Champaign site onboarding process and internal job bidding administration. This role ensures a high-quality onboarding experience for hourly and salaried employees, drives consistent execution of internal job posting and bidding processes, andmaintainsaccurateHuman Resources system transactions and records that support employee movement, compliance, and plant operations. This position isultimately responsiblefor designing and delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience that drives employee engagement, accelerates productivity, and aligns new hires with organizational goals from Day 1.

This roleoperateswith a high degree of autonomy and partners with HR, production leadership, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to coordinate onboarding, administer internal job bidding,maintaindocumentation, and support employee movement activity across the plant. The role requires strong technical capability and the ability to accurately use HR systems, trackers, and reporting tools to manage workflow, records, and process execution.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Own the full onboarding process for all new hires, from pre-employment coordination through orientation, system set-up, and transition into the business.

Administerandmaintainthe Champaign site onboarding program, including records, documentation, communications, schedules, and continuous improvement of the process.

Coordinate all onboardinglogisticsincluding preboarding, orientation, first-day readiness, and first 90-day onboarding support.

Own the administration of the plant's internal job posting and bidding process, including posting internal positions, eligibility review, documentation, communication, andtracking ofmovement activity.

Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs aligned with Company goals and culture as well as talent development and retention strategies.

Develop standardized onboarding frameworks while allowing flexibility fordifferent rolesand departments.

Track onboarding metrics,identifytrends, andprovideactionable insights to improve onboarding effectiveness, first-year retention, and employee engagement.

The role will partner with Production Leadership, HR, technical experts, and global L&D function(s) to develop andmaintaina cohesive onboarding experience that supports employee belonging, readiness, and retention.

This role will drive continuous improvement bysolicitingfeedback, conducting post-onboarding evaluations, and proposing iterative enhancements.

Ensure employee movement information related to internal job bidding is accurately updated in applicable HR systems and tracking tools, including job, shift, manager, pay, labor, and other required system changes.

Identifyprocess gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement best operating practices related to onboarding, employee movement, and HR process execution.

Establisheffective and professional working relationships and providetimelycommunication, follow-up, and support to leaders, employees, and cross-functional partners.

Perform all other duties in support of the team and as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

Employee must be able to read work instructions, fill out form in English about work status, and communicate with lead.

Able to workundera fast-paced work environment and able tolift upto 50 pounds.

Appropriate timemanagement skills to meet deadlines.

Accountable and Responsible. Able to follow directions and ability to perform tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong technical skills and the ability to learn and effectively use HR systems and related

Ability to manage data, trackers, records, and system transactions with accuracy
