Letโ€™s get right to it: are you the finisher everyone relies on? Where youโ€™ll work

Our Huntley, IL facility needs an internal hire who can bring consistency and craftsmanship to every part that moves through our paint and powder coat areas.

What will you do?
  • Prepare: Clean, sand, and condition surfaces so coatings stick and perform.
  • Protect: Mask and tape off features that must remain uncoated.
  • Perfect: Inspect parts, remedy defects, and confirm theyโ€™re production-ready.
  • Process: Hang and remove parts on the conveyor line for powder coating.
  • Mix: Combine paints, primers, and coatings per spec; set up and maintain tools.
  • Apply: Use spray equipment, brushes, and rollers to achieve the specified finish.
  • Tune: Adjust viscosity and technique to nail color, coverage, and texture.
  • Team up: Coordinate with your supervisor and peers to hit daily output goals.
  • Track: Log coating usage, inventory levels, and job details accurately.
  • Assist: Jump in on related production tasks to keep the line moving.
  • Verify: Conduct all required in-process, paint-specific inspections.
