In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing a variety of metal products using powder coating techniques and hand tools. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring high-quality finishes while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in industrial painting, fabrication, and materials handling within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities

  • Prepare metal parts and components for coating by cleaning, masking, and surface preparation using hand tools and power tools
  • Operate powder coating equipment including airless paint sprayers and electrostatic guns to apply durable finishes
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts, cranes, or manual handling techniques while adhering to safety protocols
  • Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring proper coverage and finish consistency with precision measuring instruments
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to ensure a safe, organized workspace
  • Assist with fabrication tasks such as cutting, grinding, welding, or auto body repair as needed
  • Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste throughout the process
