Job description

Overview

We are now hiring drivers to deliver FedEx packages. You will be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 23000 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027.

Responsibilities include:

Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles to deliver goods across designated routes.

Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and ensuring their delivery experience is positive.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is not required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Ability to lift heavy items regularly, demonstrating physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and moving tasks.

Knowledge of route driving best practices, traffic laws, and safety protocols.

Schedule:

We offer flexible scheduling and will work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs! Full-time and part-time positions are available. Weekend schedules are required.

Pay and Benefits:

Drivers will earn $160/day for the first 123 stops

Additional Pay: $1.30/stop up to 140-190 stops/day

Weekly paycheck

Earnings Range: $180 – $250+ per day for high-volume drivers.

Future FedEx opportunities. No experience necessary.

Drug test and a physical is required for this position.

Must be 21 years old.

Prior experience operating commercial vehicles is advantageous but not required.
