As a Sr. Controls Engineer atMujin, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, andoptimizingcontrol systems for our advanced industrial automation solutions. Keyresponsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop control system architectures for Material Handling equipment and robotic applications
  • Design, program, and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and motion control systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology, or comparable engineering degree
  • 5+ years of successful experience in related field for controls engineers
  • Proficiencyin PLC programming (Allen Bradley and/or Rockwell)
  • Experience writing functional safety programming (5+ years)
  • Experience with IO-Link

Physical Demands/ Work Environment:

  • Travel Requirement: Up to 25%, domesticallyand/or internationally
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Periods of moving about industrial warehouse and productionenvironments
  • Frequentexposure to mechanical and electrical systems, requiring the use ofappropriate PPEand adherence to safety protocols
  • Occasional lifting and transport of equipment or tools weighing up to 25 pounds may berequired
