Job Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, Program, and backup all PLCs and interfaces
  • Create and troubleshoot the PLC network including designing layout to support new equipment lines
  • Ensure PLC laptops have updated software to communicate to all equipment
  • Train Maintenance Personnel on PLC troubleshooting and reading ladder logic
  • Support Palletizing operation by learning Yaskawa Robotics
  • Installation, modification, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
  • Maintenance of plant building, equipment, and machinery.
  • Maintain clean equipment and shop area.
  • Flexible work schedule covering all shifts and some weekends

  • 2-3 years experience in Automation Technology, preferably in a food production environment
  • Proficient with Excel and Word and able to administer and use PM program software
  • Flexible hours
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Design software; Manufacturing software; Order processing systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
