Electropolisher

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electropolisher to join our production team. In this role, you will perform electropolishing on stainless-steel components to achieve required surface finish, cleanliness, and corrosion resistance standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet engineering specifications and customer quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate electropolishing equipment for stainless-steel components.

  • Select and adjust process parameters including voltage, current, temperature, and cycle time.

  • Rack and fixture parts properly to ensure uniform polishing and prevent defects.

  • Monitor polishing cycles and make adjustments to maintain consistent, repeatable results.

  • Inspect parts before, during, and after processing to verify surface finish and conformance to specifications.

  • Identify nonconforming parts and escalate concerns per quality procedures.

  • Maintain tanks, power supplies, ventilation systems, and related equipment.

  • Monitor chemical concentrations and ensure safe handling and disposal according to environmental and safety standards.

  • Accurately document production activities and inspection results.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

  • Other duties, as required.

Work Schedule:

Available to work second shift (2pm-11pm).
Some early morning, evening, or weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • 1+ year of experience in a Electropolishing or Chrome / Nickle Plating.

  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings.

  • Basic computer skills are a plus.

  • Experience working with stainless steel components is preferred.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
