Position Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to support efficient, high-quality production. This role involves analyzing products and production methods to improve both new and existing operations. Working collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment, the Manufacturing Engineer applies technical expertise to drive continuous improvements that reduce cycle times, enhance product quality, and deliver measurable cost savings.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust manufacturing processes to ensure product stability, establish production standards, and support ongoing process improvements.
  • Optimize and innovate manufacturing methods, equipment operations, and overall production performance to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and other departments to troubleshoot issues and resolve production challenges.
  • Research, recommend, and integrate new technologies and systems to upgrade manufacturing capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes in response to customer deadlines, ensuring feasibility and alignment with production capabilities.
  • Design and develop end-to-end manufacturing solutions including processes, tooling and fixtures, CNC programs, and detailed work instructions.

Requirements:

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in CAD/CAM software, including SolidWorks, Mastercam, and PartMaker.
  • Knowledge of CNC manufacturing equipment and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with ERP systems.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.


Environment & Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and communicate effectively (talk/hear).
