One of the main challenges is maintaining energy and preventing fatigue while working long shifts, especially when balancing this work with weekday commitments. To prepare, it's helpful to focus on proper lifting techniques, staying hydrated, and wearing appropriate safety gear. Building stamina through regular exercise and getting adequate rest before shifts can also make a significant difference in performance and safety.

Reliability, a strong work ethic, and effective teamwork are standout soft skills in this role. These skills and qualities are crucial for maintaining safety, productivity, and dependability in labor-intensive environments.
