Job Description

  • Candidate should have good knowledge in providing the End-User Support for PHP based 
  • Applications, secondary skills could be Symfony, Laravel, Java, Angular, MySQL. 
  • Monitoring, first pass of Ticket Triage (analyze, diagnose and resolve) & Generation through SPOC 
  • Analyze incident and provide details and feedback to L2 
  • Proactive analysis of all issues & requests, identification method to prevent in future 
  • Ensure SLA Compliance for Incidence Response & Resolution 
  • Analyze logs, configs. & data to troubleshoot the incident and identify the cause 
  • Coordinate crisis call, engage experts, manage Incident to resolution (Issue ownership, triage & resolution) and focus on Recovery 
  • Deployment Support 
  • Provide Full Support to the Level 3 team for all hands-on-deck production issues
