Job description

E-Logic is seeking a creative and experienced Video Producer to support digital media initiatives for the U.S. Department of State. The ideal candidate will manage video productions from concept through final delivery, producing engaging content for digital platforms and social media while collaborating with Government stakeholders and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, produce, shoot, and edit professional video content.
  • Develop creative concepts and scripts for digital media campaigns.
  • Edit video content using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Produce motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, translators, editors, and vendors.
  • Ensure projects meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Maintain media assets following established media asset management (MAM) procedures.
  • Travel and work evenings or weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience producing, shooting, and editing digital video content.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Experience producing content for digital platforms and social media.
  • Ability to independently manage productions from planning through delivery.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate professional video production equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal agencies or public affairs organizations.
  • Experience producing executive or government communications.
  • Experience with social media analytics and performance metrics.
Work Location

Washington, DC (Department of State Headquarters and Annex 5). This is primarily an on-site production role. Domestic and international travel, evening, weekend, and extended hours may be required based on production schedules.
