Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality beauty and product photography in-studio and on location to support marketing, e‑commerce, and social channels.
  • Retouch images to professional standards, including skin and texture correction, blemish removal,
    and overall enhancement.
  • Perform color correction, image manipulation, compositing, and final image prep for web, print,
    and social platforms.
  • Ensure visual consistency and accuracy across all captures and edited assets.
  • Follow departmental file naming, metadata, and archiving standards.
  • Source and manage backdrops, props, and production equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams; work independently when required.
  • Capture events and activations as needed.
  • Stay current with retouching techniques, software, and industry trends.
  • Exercise professional judgment to meet brand and project objectives.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Proven experience in a high-volume commercial photo production environment, producing beauty and product assets.
  • Advanced understanding of lighting, color theory, composition, and beauty-specific lighting for skin tones.
  • Strong retouching skills with demonstrated ability to correct skin, texture, and color consistently.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One) and other industry-standard editing tools.
  • Experience with digital photography and video capture workflows.
  • Ability to direct models and lead shoots alongside the Creative Director.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with professional camera systems; familiarity with Canon and Sony cinema/stills cameras preferred (examples: Canon C400, C50, R5 II, R1; Sony A7 series).
