Position Summary

The Field Canvasser is responsible for conducting door-to-door outreach on behalf of clients for political campaigns, public affairs initiatives, ballot measures, advocacy efforts, and community-based projects. This role focuses on direct voter and community engagement to educate, persuade, collect data, gather petition signatures, and mobilize support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned turf areas
Deliver campaign or project messaging clearly and professionally
Collect petition signatures, survey responses, voter IDs, or other required data
Accurately track and report daily activity using designated systems or apps
Represent the client and organization with professionalism and integrity
Meet daily and weekly performance goals
Attend required trainings and team briefings
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with diverse communities
  • Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors
  • Reliable transportation and smartphone access (preferred)
