At Right at Home of Salt Lake, we are passionate about supporting seniors and adults with disabilities through essential inhome care services. By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to improve lives every day while working with one of the most trusted names in home care, backed by over 25 years of experience.

We are currently seeking a Caregiver for weekends. If you have the skills and compassion to provide quality care, we encourage you to apply and be part of our mission.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide oneonone care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (pericare, bathroom or inbed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during morning hours.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

  • Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

  • Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

  • Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

  • Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
