• PM: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (FT, PT & Weekends)
• PM: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (FT, PT & Weekends)
• NOC: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (FT, PT & Weekends)

The Opportunity
As a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF), you play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities include nursing-related tasks, housekeeping, laundry, and resident activities—all delivered with respect, compassion, and a commitment to maintaining each resident's independence and dignity. You will support residents according to their individualized care plans, helping meet their physical, emotional, and social needs in a homelike environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily personal care, including dressing, undressing, bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
Administer and monitor medications, maintain medication supplies, and complete required documentation.
Record resident vital signs and weights.
Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, distributing clean laundry, and collecting soiled items.
Assist residents with mobility and safe transfers.
Support dining services by serving meals, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining area.
Perform light housekeeping duties, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning resident rooms and bathrooms, and removing trash.
Encourage and assist residents in participating in activities and social events.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability as an essential member of the care team.
