Job Description:

We're looking for an organized, resourceful professional who can seamlessly balance executive support, office coordination, and occasional personal assistance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage a constantly evolving executive calendar, meetings, and appointments.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
