Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all drywall and paint activities on multifamily new construction sites.

  • Lead field crews and subcontractors to ensure performance, safety, and quality meet company standards.

  • Interpret project plans and schedules; communicate scope expectations clearly to field personnel.

  • Conduct regular site walks to monitor workmanship, progress, and compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and OSHA regulations at all times.

  • Track materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize productivity and workflow.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to stay on schedule and within budget.

  • Generate daily and weekly reports detailing jobsite progress and issues.

  • Resolve field-related issues, punch list items, and change orders in a timely manner.

  • Foster strong relationships with general contractors, site superintendents, and other trade partners.

  • Travel between job sites as required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of field supervision experience in drywall and/or paint, preferably within multifamily construction.

  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams and schedules across large projects.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting construction schedules.

  • Experience using construction technology platforms and reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and jobsite safety compliance.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly between project sites.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) with company match.

  • Paid holidays and generous paid time off.

  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.
