About the Job:
Koa Pro Detail is a growing mobile automotive detailing company serving customers throughout Loudoun and Fairfax Counties, Virginia. We are looking for a dependable Automotive Detailer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into full-time work.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working with vehicles. Previous professional detailing experience is preferred but not required.

You will work at customer locations and learn our detailing processes while developing your automotive detailing skills.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
  • Clean and maintain vehicles in a variety of conditions.
  • Complete thorough cleaning according to company quality standards.
  • Prepare vehicles for scheduled services.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
  • Keep equipment, supplies, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Maintain and properly use detailing equipment and supplies.
  • Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments.
  • Follow company procedures for safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Help identify ways to improve efficiency and service quality.
