Fonctions et responsabilites:
Decouper le buf, l'agneau, ou le porc en coupes primaires pour une decoupe ulterieure, un traitement ou un emballage selon les specifications du client.
Peser les coupes de viande ou une quantite connue de viande sur une balance pour determiner si la balance donne des lectures precises ;
Eliminer les peaux, les ecchymoses et autres imperfections des morceaux de viande ;
Estimer par vue ou par toucher les poids des coupes de viande pour s'assurer qu'elles repondent aux specifications du client ;
Effectuer un "test de coupe" qui sert a controler la qualite de la viande et les competences de decoupe des travailleurs.
Doit etre en mesure de travailler les jours feries et les heures supplementaires si necessaire.

Souplesse en termes de disponibilite
Capacite de soulever 50 livres.
Capacite de marcher et de rester debout pendant de longues periodes
Competences de base en coutellerie un atout
Confortable a travailler dans un environnement plus frais / congelateur
Fiable, travailleur, ponctuel, joueur d'equipe et engage a fournir le travail.
Connaissances en coupes de viande et experience est un avantage mais non requis.
