The Bakery clerk supports the daily operations of the bakery by assisting with product preparation, packaging, labeling, order fulfillment, sanitation, and general bakery duties. this position helps ensure that bakery products are prepared, handled, packed, and staged accurately and efficiently according to company standards, food safety requirements, and production schedules .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
ASIST BAKERY PRODUCTION TRAMS WITH BASCI PREPRARATION AND HANDLING OF BAKERY PRODUCTS 
PACKAGE, LABEL, DATE AND ORGANIZE Bakery PRODUCTS ACCORDING TO ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES 
PREPARE AND ORGANIZE PRODUCTS FOR STORE DELIVERIS AND INTERNAL ORDERS 
PICK AND VERIFY PRODUCTS AGAINST PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING LIST TO ENSURE ACCURACY. 
ASSIST WOTH LOADING AND STAGING BAKERY PRODUCTS FOR DELIVERY 
MAINTAIN ORGANIZED WORK AREAS, STORAGE,AREAS COOLERS AND FREEZERS 
FOLLOW PROPER PRODUCT ROTATION USING FIFO (First in, first out) PRINCIPLES 
ASSIST WITH INVENTORY COUNTS AND REPORT SHORTAGES, DAMAGES, OR DISCREPANCIES TO THE SUPERVISOR 
HANDLE BAKERY PRODUCTS CAREFULLY TO MAINTAIN PRODUCT QUIALITY AND PRESENTATION.
FOLLOW ALL FOOD SAFETY, SANITATION, AND WORKPLACE SAFETY PROCEDURES 
CLEAN AND SANITIZE EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, WORK SURFACES, RACKS, AND ASSIGNED AREAS AS REQUIRED. 
FOLLOW PROPER PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING FROZEN, REFRIGERATED, AND AMBIENT BAKERY PRODUCTS
ASSIST BAKERS, PASTRY TEAMS, SHIPPING AND OTHER BAKERY DEPARMENTS AS REQUIRED 
MAINTAIN A CLEAN, SAFE AND ORGANIZED WORK ENVIRONMENT THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT
