Were seeking a motivated Package Handler, where you will coordinate with other departments when needed, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, and manage simple records and enter information accurately. Additional duties include learn company products and services to better assist others, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, as well as assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
