Job description

Sierra-Cedar is looking for an Oracle Cloud EPM EPBCS Lead in our Higher Ed business unit. This lead role is very hands-on and primarily responsible for planning, designing, and executing a full EPM implementation, including technical responsibilities. The lead needs to have financial planning industry experience and business knowledge.

You'll work closely with our Higher Ed clients who see Sierra-Cedar as a trusted advisor. This is not an Architect or Manager level role. Lead consultants are mainly functional, hands-on team members with some technical experience. The ideal candidate has led and completed 3-5+ full implementations in Oracle Cloud EPM Planning/EPBCS, along with 5+ years of financial planning and budgeting experience, and at least a 4-year degree in a related field. Higher Ed, Public Sector or Healthcare industry experience is a big plus!

As a Lead, you will hold meetings on camera on a daily basis, and travel to client sites as needed during project milestones.

Our Leads are client-facing, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll work directly with clients to gather requirements and perform configurations. You'll lead design sessions and implement the designs. You'll help solve complex business problems from strategy to execution using Oracle Cloud EPM tools such as Planning (EPBCS/PBCS), Narrative Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management. On the technical side, the Lead will handle building integrations, reports, and application configurations. Overall, you'll review and edit project deliverables, collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver integrated and technical solutions, and guide the team through project delivery. Having a good understanding of business requirements within Higher Ed institutions, along with planning and budgeting experience, is essential for this role.

Our mission is to provide exceptional Oracle Cloud consulting services that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives. We take pride in being a great place to work and in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

This role will be approximately 70% remote and 30% travel to client sites as needed. This percentage may fluctuate depending on the project/client needs.

What we offer:

         Competitive Salary

         Comprehensive benefits package

         Opportunities for growth and development

A collaborative and engaging work environment
