Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking a skilled Oracle Commerce Cloud Support Engineer with strong expertise in ETL, databases, and production support. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data processing and integration across multiple database environments while providing on-call support and troubleshooting production issues.
Responsibilities:
• Provide on-call production support, promptly identifying and resolving defects while maintaining SLA commitments.
• Monitor and analyze job logs and performance metrics to detect trends and proactively address potential issues.
• Troubleshoot production issues by reviewing logs, implementing design changes, and following established change management procedures.
• Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and best practices.
• Manage and resolve data load delays and database server downtimes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and optimize data processing workflows.
• Work on database integrations between Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4-7 years of experience in SaaS Oracle Commerce Cloud
• Strong knowledge of ETL and database technologies (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server)
