Optometrist Opportunity – Premium Refractive & Cataract Practice | Albuquerque, NM

We are currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Optometrist to join a highly respected, premium refractive and cataract surgery practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a leading ophthalmic surgeon and contribute directly to exceptional patient care in a collaborative and high-quality clinical environment.

Position Highlights:


Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends
Work closely with the managing physician/surgeon
Perform pre-operative consultations, comprehensive eye exams, and post-operative care
Support a practice known for excellence in refractive and cataract surgery

Qualifications:


Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
Minimum 1 year of post-graduate experience required
Must hold or be eligible for licensure in New Mexico
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Interest in refractive and cataract post-op care is highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:


Annual salary: $150,000 – $175,000, depending on experience
