Job Description 2nd - Shift Refinery Supervisor - Lincoln, NEADM Lincoln, NE Soybean ProcessingSalaried Exempt PositionJob DutiesPosition is responsible for providing direction to an hourly production crew of the Lincoln, NE Vegetable Oil Refinery. The candidate will coordinate communication, personnel, resources and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant during the shift.Must be able to communicate expectations and goals for safety, quality, productivity, reliability, environmental compliance and operating costs. Takes an active role in managing the shift and coaching employees to reach their fullest potential by providing feedback in a manner that is effective, consistent and fair.

REF:107798BRBase pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
