Job description

Fuze HR is seeking skilled Service Combo Technicians with experience in fire alarm, security, and access control systems who are self-starters and enjoy traveling to various job sites within Louisiana and outside the state.

As a Service Combo Technician, you will bring knowledge of cabling installation standards, terminating and testing of Cat5/Cat6.

Job Responsibilities include:
  • Installing and troubleshooting structured cabling systems in retail environments
  • Willingness to travel (up to 4 weeks at a time)
  • Ability to work on call, day or night shift, and including weekends
  • Data Cable Technician with Cat5/6, fiber optic, and network experience
  • Experience in low voltage cabling, network replacement, telephony, CCTV, and point-of-sale equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to operate a BOOM or scissor lift, and ability to work at heights
  • Experience in conduit installation
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in person
If you have Industry-specific certifications, such as BICSI, Systimax, Panduit, Beldon, Corning, it is a huge plus.
