Job description

Resident Monitor Position

Community Transitional Services, a Kentucky Department of Corrections contracted facility, is seeking to fill a full/part-time resident monitor position. Full-time positions are 12-hour shifts 7 pm-7 am or 7 am-7 pm, working 3 and 4 days per week - alternating days every other week, every other weekend off. Part-time positions are daytime and weekend hours. Pay is $13.00-13.50 per hour - negotiable with experience. Eligible for monthly attendance/performance bonus up to $175 per month in addition to pay.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Headcounts.
  • Monitoring resident movement and behavior.
  • Searches.
  • Drug and alcohol surveillance.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a GED or high school diploma and a valid driver's license.

A background check will be conducted. Individuals on supervision are not eligible.
