Job description

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Weekend Caregivers to support our clients on Saturdays and Sundays. This role is perfect for caregivers looking to supplement income or work a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference.


Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

  • Run errands and provide transportation as needed

  • Observe and report changes in client condition

  • Follow individualized care plans


Qualifications
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or family)

  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable

  • Ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as required

  • CNA or HHA certification a plus (not required)


Schedule
  • Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

  • All shifts available

  • Opportunities to work on more than one case

  • Minimum of 40 hours per month required to remain active


Training & Support
  • Paid onboarding and ongoing training

  • On-site training and support with a Caregiver Mentor

  • PPE provided

  • CNA licensing assistance after 6 months of employment
    (Additional eligibility requirements apply)


Pay & Incentives
  • $300 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days
    (Must work 25+ hours per week and remain compliant)

    • $175 stipend plus hourly pay if called into the field
