This role involves supervising other nurses, managing staffing and scheduling, addressing patient care concerns, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Weekend Nurse Supervisors often act as the primary point of contact for administrative and clinical issues on weekends, providing leadership and support to ensure quality care.
