Aesthetic Injector NP/PA/RN
Location: Ooltewah, TN
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $30-$36/hr + bonus opportunity
Schedule/Availability: 40 hours per week. Open availability, including weekends.

About the Role:
Our aesthetic injectors don't just perform treatments - we curate experiences that give patients confidence and help them curate the look and life they dream of. You will deliver exceptional results using a variety of aesthetic treatments. If you are passionate about delivering natural, results-driven outcomes and building lasting patient relationships, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers), discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs
  • Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care
  • Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care
  • Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider

Requirements:
Licensure & Certifications:
  • Board-certified NP/PA/RN
  • Active and in good standing state (that this role is listed in) license
  • Active BLS or ACLS certification
  • Injector certification highly preferred

Clinical Competencies:
  • Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
  • Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
  • Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments

Compliance & Documentation
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
  • Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
  • Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory

Training & Travel:
  • Occasional travel for training and professional development
