Operations & Guest Service

  • Maintain standards for product quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Team Leadership & Development
