Job description

The Role

This is not a typical facilities job.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in caring for land, tools, and places where people gather to have meaningful, joyful experiences. This role sits at the intersection of facilities, hospitality, and outdoor sport—supporting shotgun courses, pistol and archery ranges, fisheries, and soon gardens, livestock, and additional land-based projects.

You’ll spend your days outside, working with your hands, solving practical problems, shaping beautiful spaces, and interacting with members and guests who want to be here. If you enjoy physical work, variety, responsibility, and being part of a tight-knit team on exceptional land, this role can be incredibly rewarding.

What Day-to-Day Looks Like

No two days are the same, but responsibilities commonly include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall hygiene across outdoor facilities

  • Setting and maintaining shotgun courses and shooting stations

  • Supporting pistol and archery range readiness and upkeep

  • Light pistol & shotgun instruction
  • Assisting with fishery care and land stewardship projects

  • Helping bring new initiatives online (gardens, livestock, special builds)

  • Greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism

  • Assisting instructors, events, and special projects as needed

  • Identifying maintenance needs and proactively addressing them

This role is hands-on, active, and outdoors-focused.

Who This Role Is For

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy working outside and take pride in well-kept land and facilities

  • Like practical work, problem-solving, and seeing tangible results

  • Are comfortable interacting with people and representing a premium brand

  • Value teamwork, reliability, and personal accountability

  • Appreciate structure but enjoy variety and autonomy

  • Take safety seriously and understand the importance of detail

Experience with outdoor facilities, ranch work, ranges, or hospitality is a plus—but mindset matters more than resume bullets.

What We Offer
  • Work on beautiful Hill Country land every day

  • A positive, respectful, and mission-driven team environment

  • Competitive pay based on experience

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Company lifestyle benefits and access to unique experiences

  • Long-term growth opportunities as our facilities expand

Why This Role Matters

Our facilities are the foundation of the experience we offer. This role helps ensure that everything feels intentional, safe, clean, and welcoming—so members and guests can focus on enjoying the land, the sport, and the community.

If you’re someone who finds satisfaction in doing real work in a meaningful place, this could be a rare and special opportunity.
