What you'll be doing
The Tennessee Titans are looking for a people-focused coordinator to support the recruiting, scheduling, and event-day execution of Nissan Stadium's Fan Services team, helping build a high-performing, hospitality-first staff that delivers exceptional guest experiences at every event.
The Coordinator, Team Member Experience supports the planning and operational execution of staffing and service initiatives for all Nissan Stadium events. Responsibilities include recruiting logistics, scheduling, communication, and event-day execution to ensure a high-performing Fan Services team that delivers exceptional guest experiences. This role is central to growing and supporting the part-time Fan Services team, building the depth and talent needed to support world-class events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for Fan Services staff during events, clearly communicating roles, logistics, and expectations to drive seamless execution.
  • Assist with event-day check-in procedures, coordinate staff positioning and briefings, and manage credential distribution with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain operational readiness across all staffed locations ensuring the staff have all they need for a successful event.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment by attending job fairs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure hiring strategies align with event demand and seasonal staffing needs.
  • Actively support team members during events by resolving guest concerns in real time and turning service challenges into positive experiences.
  • Model and reinforce a hospitality-first mindset that reflects the Tennessee Titans core values and commitment to inclusion.
  • Build genuine relationships with part-time staff to foster a culture of pride, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Coordinate and support staff recognition and team initiatives that celebrate high performance, strengthen communication, and reduce turnover.
  • Track staff attendance for events, check-in/check-out accuracy, and event-day feedback.
  • Facilitate post-event staff surveys and analyze feedback trends to identify opportunities for operational and service improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll bring
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, guest experience, or premium service environments; sports or entertainment venue experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished professional presence

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, sports management or related field
  • Experience recruiting or managing part-time/seasonal staff
  • Experience in a stadium, arena, or large-scale event environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems or scheduling software
  • Prior experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, hospitality, or event operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Communication: Clearly conveys roles, logistics, and expectations to Fan Services staff during events; facilitates real-time coordination during check-in, briefings, and credential distribution to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaboration: Builds genuine relationships with part-time staff and works closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with event demand. Partners across teams to ensure Fan Services staff are supported and set up for success.
  • Customer Focus: Models and reinforces a hospitality-first mindset, resolving guest concerns in real time and turning service challenges into positive experiences that reflect the Titans' core values.
  • Coaching & Development: Supports team members during events, models service standards, and helps build the depth and talent of the part-time Fan Services team through training and on-the-job reinforcement.
  • Accountability: Tracks staff attendance, check-in/check-out accuracy, and event-day feedback with precision; follows through on recruiting, credentialing, and reporting responsibilities from start to finish.
  • Adaptability: Adjusts to the staffing demands of major and special events, responding to shifting event-day needs, seasonal hiring cycles, and real-time guest or staffing issues.

  • Work Environment: Office/Field
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Schedule: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
