  • Oversee live event coverage and manage on-site content execution during show nights.
  • Define visual styles, video formats, and editing standards across all digital platforms.
  • Optimise content for performance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media.
  • Source and manage external creators, videographers, and editors to ensure timely, high-quality output.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Programming, and Events teams to align content with campaigns and partnerships.
  • Maintain organised content workflows, asset management, and delivery processes.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' experience in content production, videography, video editing, or digital media roles.
  • Advanced professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory), with strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Demonstrated expertise in high-energy event video editing, including music-led storytelling and fast-paced nightlife content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on video editing work (event recaps, campaign trailers, reels, brand films).
  • Experience working with large-scale venues, entertainment brands, music festivals, or nightlife environments.
  • Deep understanding of content optimisation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media.
  • Experience developing brand visual guidelines, editing playbooks, and creative direction frameworks.
  • Established network of content creators, videographers, photographers, and freelance editors.
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and live event schedules.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple editing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
